How much is the delivery?
FREE! Yes, you read that correctly. All orders have free post and packaging.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Brain2Brush aims to package and send out your order within 1-3 working days. During busier times of the year, such as holidays/new product launches, this window may take a bit longer so please be patient with us. Please check your address before confirming your order with us, we may not always get time to change it if your address details are entered incorrectly.
Our delivery window also depends on the courier and type of delivery you select at checkout.
Do you ship to outside the UK?
Unfortunately, this is not something that Brain2Brush currently offers. But, it is an option we hope to provide in the future.
Do you do custom artwork?
Yes! If you have something in mind, get in touch using the contact form and we will see what we can do for you.
How often are there NEW products?
Amy is often designing and painting new products but, the amount varies throughout the year. Keep an eye out for social media posts announcing any new products, designs and artwork!
Refunds/Returns
When a refund is requested ALL items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, still be in perfect condition in their original packaging as when received.
Refunds or exchanges will only be given if the packaging is undamaged or if the product is not as stated. Brain2Brush has the right to refuse a return request. Especially if an item(s) not returned in a resalable condition.
The customer is fully responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition/packaging.
Please be aware it may take up to 10 days for your returned items to be received by us. It may take a further 5 working days for Brain2Brush to action your refund after receiving it.
Shipping Details Responsibility Policy
Brain2Brush aims to make sure that your order is packaged and delivered promptly. We kindly ask you to double-check all shipping details before completing your order; this helps us ensure a smooth process.
Important Information:
-Incorrect/Incomplete Address: It’s the customer's responsibility to give the correct and full shipping address at checkout.
-Wrong Address Delivery: When there is an incorrect address provided and the order is delivered to that address, Brain2Brush cannot retrieve the package/change the address on it. If this occurs, it’s the customer's responsibility to either recover the parcel from the delivered address or place a new order with us.
-Reordering: Unfortunately, Brain2Brush are unable to offer refunds/replacements for items delivered to an incorrect address when it’s been provided by the customer.
